Funerals
If you are faced with the daunting task of helping to organise the funeral of a loved one, I am able to help you and your friends and family to celebrate the life of this special person. I am an ordained Anglican minister, but I am equally comfortable with providing a humanist service as I am a spiritual one.

I have a great deal of experience in helping people at this difficult time, and in ensuring that the funeral service itself is conducted in the way that you would wish it to be. I can make suggestions of my own, but I will also listen to you. Between us we will make sure that the occasion is a fitting celebration of a life that has ended.

I see my role as supporting you to create the most perfect ceremony that is right not only for you, but also for your loved one and which honours the beliefs and values of your loved one.

We will have conversations in a way that suits you best, spending time talking about how you would like the funeral to be. I talk you though the house keeping, answering any questions you may have, and we go on to talk about your memories and stories of your loved one. I am there to support you and to guide you with my sensitivity and experience.

Each ceremony that I write and conduct is unique. I have many resources that I have collected over the years that I can share with you, poems, readings, prayers and music.

The service is all about the person, sharing the essence of them, I am more than happy to support individuals if they wish to talk at the service or write the eulogy.

You can contact me directly, or through a funeral director. I do look forward to being there for you.
