The type of information we collect.

We currently collect and process the following information:

How and why we collect your data.

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  1.  To enter into or carry out a contract of service between us

  2.  To process payments relating to the performance of that contract

We use the information that you have given us in order to enter into or carry out a contract of service between us and/or to process payments relating to the performance of that contract
We do not share this information with any other organisation or individual, other than those detailed in the ‘Client Agreement’ which
forms the basis for the contract between us. The only exception to this relates to payments made for contracted services where
identifiers attached by you / your bank to this payment information can be seen by the bank or other financial institution processing that
payment.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  1.  entering into and performing a contract

  2.  legal duty

  3.  legitimate interest

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
 

We may process information you provide in any enquiry submitted to us regarding the provision of services. The enquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing and selling services to you. The legal basis for this processing this data is to create a contract between you and us for the provision of services.

How we store, use, share and disclose your personal information.

In accordance with professional and insurance requirements we will retain a record of your personal information (including case records) for a period of 7 years from the point at which the contract between us ends. At the end of that period, any information we have processed will be securely destroyed. At any stage during that period of time, or during the contract, you can request access to the information that we hold in relation to you.

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How we may communicate with you.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Our use of Cookies.

When we provide services, we want to make them easy, useful and reliable. When you visit our website, we may place small amounts of information on your device, for example, computer or mobile phone. These include small files known as cookies. They cannot be used to identify you personally. These pieces of information are used to improve services for you. They may help us to recognise your device so you don’t have to give the same information several times during one task. They may also recognise that you may already have given a username and password so you don’t need to do it for every web page requested, or they may help us to measure how many people are using services, so they can be made easier to use and there’s enough capacity to ensure they are fast. You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our website. Alternatively, if you do not consent to our use of cookies, please do not continue to use our website.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
